1. Introduction

Welcome to Craft Odisha OPC. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

• “Brand,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Craft Odisha OPC.
• “You,” “Your,” “Customer” refers to the purchaser or user of our products.
• “Products” means any perfume (Invictus, Imperium, Liplock, Luminor, Reflection, Rainforest), trial packs, or accessories sold by Crafts Odisha OPC.

3. Order & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices listed on the website are in INR and include GST where applicable.
• Payment must be completed at time of order via our secure gateway.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch within 2–3 business days from India.
• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days.
• Express delivery (2–3 days) available at extra cost.
• Tracking details provided via email/SMS once shipped.

5. 3-Day Exchange Policy (No Returns)

• Eligibility: Exchange within 3 calendar days of delivery for full-size bottles.
• Trial packs are final-sale and not eligible.
• Process: Email support@craftodisha.in, return unused sealed product, and receive replacement at no extra cost.
• Exceptions: Opened beyond seal, misuse, or trial packs cannot be exchanged.

6. No Returns

All sales are final except as per the exchange policy. For damaged or defective, see Section 7.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Notify within 24 hours with photo proof at support@craftodisha.in. Replacement or exchange will be arranged at our expense.

8. Pricing Errors & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors. Affected customers will be notified and refunded.

9. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Craft Odisha OPC and protected by law. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only necessary information to process orders. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to the purchase price of the product. No liability for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Mumbai courts.

13. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time; changes take effect upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance.
